How escrow protects your order

Every order on Rivet is paid to Rivet, not to the seller or booster. Your funds are held until you confirm the order, so a seller only gets paid for work that was actually delivered.
- You pay Rivet at checkout. Nothing ships until the payment clears.
- The seller or booster delivers in the order room.
- You confirm the order. The held funds are released to the seller or booster.
- If something is wrong, you open a dispute from the same order instead of confirming.
If a buyer never responds, the hold can still release to the seller. If there is a dispute, Rivet support reviews the order and decides.
