When your payment is recorded, Rivet opens an order room for that order. The buyer, the seller or booster, and Rivet support all share the same thread.

What goes in the room

Session invites and scheduling.
Codes, files or other delivery for instant listings.
Progress updates and proof of delivery.
Questions to the seller, the booster or support.

You will also find your confirm-received button, your review box and the dispute form on the same order page.
