Escrow, the order room and support only protect what happens on Rivet. Moving off-platform removes that protection.
- Pay through Rivet checkout only. Never send money directly to a seller.
- Keep all chat in the order room, not in DMs or other sites.
- Confirm an order only after the goods or the boost actually work.
- Open a dispute in the order if something is wrong.
- Never share a password, even with someone who says they are from Rivet.
If anyone asks you to pay outside the site or to move the chat elsewhere, tell support through the order room or the contact page.
