Account safety: what we do and what we cannot promise

Rivet does not use cheats, hacks, aimbots or any third-party software. Bot lobby farming comes from how the lobby is set up, not from software. Cheating is a zero-tolerance policy, and any seller caught using it is removed.

You play on your own account with no cheat software involved, and every session is designed to look and behave like normal gameplay.

What we cannot promise

Rivet does not control game publishers, so we cannot guarantee that a publisher will never take action against any account. Using a service is your decision and your risk to weigh. This is stated in our Terms of Service.

If a ban follows a Rivet session

A verified account ban that is directly attributable to a Rivet session is covered by a full refund under our refund policy. Existing bans or suspensions unrelated to our service are not.
